We will be printing from the begining of January 2021. We will specify the exact dates for you later.

How does it work?

1. Order your printing

Send e-mail to voala@voala.cz and write into the message:

• Name
• Cell phone contact
• Scope of the printing: number of pages, portfolio x tarpaulin, type of binding – if you are not sure, check your options bellow. 
• + write, if you are interested of print preview

2. Watch your deadlines carefully

Do not send us last minute data. We want your project to be perfect, but we deeply need time for it. Creat a great final version takes  some time.

3. Export data correctly

This will save your precious seconds when reaching the finish line. If you are not sure how to do this, check out our quick tips bellow. 

We wish everyone strong nerves and we believe that everything will turn out to mutual satisfaction.

Overview of bookbindings offered by Voala:

• 

V1 Binding (second image)
— number of pages divisible by 4 (the cover is composed of 4 pages as well, also if some of them are blank)
— the maximum of 60 pages + 4 pages of the cover
— 3mm bleed
— crop marks
— page informations
— pdf exported as single pages, not spreads

Spiral binding (last image)
— any number of pages
— 3mm bleed
— crop marks
— page informations
— pdf exported as single pages, not spreads

Open binding (first image)

— number of pages divisible by 4 (the cover is composed of 4 pages as well, also if some of them are blank)
— number of pages should be above 60
— crop marks
— the inner part of the cover, the very first and very last page shouldn’t contain any print, those pages will be glued together
— pdf exported as single pages, not spreads
— possibility of covering the spine with a canvas of your choice or letting it uncovered with a visible bookbinding, „open“

How to export data correctly?

Files for a poster:

Export as a full bleed with no margins

Files for a kapa board or a portfolio:

Export with a bleed of 3mm, crop marks and page informations.
